Pars Hayat — a Hayat Holding company

Pars Hayat needed HR and payroll processes that could comply with country-specific employment rules while remaining connected to the global systems used by its Türkiye-based parent group. Chargoon’s team analyzed requirements, coordinated planning with SAP specialists and implemented a bidirectional web-service flow: core employee data moved from SAP into Didgah; personnel actions and payroll processing were completed in Didgah; and standardized results were returned to SAP. The project demonstrates practical experience at the boundary between global enterprise platforms and localized operations.
